CD Replication is a more involved manufacturing process than CD Duplication. A glass master is created from your master disc or file. A metal stamper is grown from the glass master. The metal stamper imparts the data into the polycarbonate disc as it is injection moulded. This is the manufacturing method generally used to manufacture retail music, data and gaming CDs and is a reliable and economical method of manufacturing mass volumes. The costs of producing the glass master and metal stamper make the replication manufacturing process more suited to production runs larger than 1000 units.

Turnaround time for replicating CD’s is approximately 2 weeks.

We can supply metal tins, custom made in a range of sizes and shapes for various numbers of discs. We offer multi-disc, standard plastic cases, Superjewel cases and Digipaks. We also offer shrink wrapping or cello wrapping of your product.
