We warrant our pull-up banners for 12 months against failure that is not caused by mishandling.
Q. How are pull-up banners packed?
Pull-up banners are packed into small cardboard cartons to protect them in transit.
Q. Can I get a replacement banner for my existing stand?
We do not recommend replacing the graphics in an existing banner, it is cost effective to purchase a replacement system with a 12 month warranty.
Q. How long will my pull-up banners take to manufacture?
Depending on the volume we can manufacture your pull-up banners in less than 24 hours after artwork approval.
Q. I have more than 1 artwork, are there additional artwork set-up fees?
Our print prices include a pre-press fee for 1 artwork. If you have multiple designs there will be additional set-up fees. For accurate pricing use the pricing calculator or contact us.
Q. Can pull up banners be used outside?
Pull up banners are light weight and are not designed to withstand wind gusts.
