PVC is a gloss plastic, whereas Polypropylene is matt. Polypropylene is more durable and can be used outdoors as it is UV safe, water & weather resistant.

Yes we can digitally print full colour on both PVC and Polypropylene.
Q. How are your PVC and Poluypropylene labels and tags cut?
PVC and Polypropylene labels and tags are generally cut by guillotine if square corners are required, or with a cutting tool if rounded corners or a specific shape is required. We have a large range of existing shapes & sizes, but can also make a specific cutting tool to your exact requirements.
Q. If I require a batch of labels with different descriptions, how is this achieved?
We would require you to supply all the detail in an Excel spreadsheet, and then our print software uses that spreadsheet to setup your labels with different information on each label.
Q. If I have more than 1 kind of artwork, can different kinds be printed at the same time?
Yes, we will take your artwork files and combine them in a layout suitable for printing a number of different kinds at the same time.
Q. How long will it take to manufacture labels and tags in PVC or Polypropylene?
Standard turnaround for PVC and Polypropylene jobs is 7-10 working days.
