Please allow a few weeks to produce your glass and acrylic signs. It is a process. We take care to deliver stunning finished items.
Q. I have more than 1 artwork, are there additional artwork set-up fees?
Our glass and acrylic signs include graphic design and pre-press. For accurate pricing contact us.
Q. What is the difference between low iron ultra-clear glass and standard glass?
Standard glass has a small percentage of iron in the glass which adds a green tinge to the glass. The thicker the glass, the more noticeable it becomes. We use low iron glass to ensure our signs are ultra-clear.
Q. What is the maximum size that glass or acrylic signs can be made?
We have various methods of printing glass and acrylic. Generally acrylic is available up to 2400 x 1200, however, signs can be made in multiple panels. Depending on the method of printing we can print glass up to 3.3m x 6m in a single panel.
Q. What different methods do you use to print glass and acrylic?
The method we use to print onto transparent substrates such as glass or acrylic depends on the application, artwork, size and environment it will be installed in. We have the ability to mount photographic prints behind a transparent substrate, print directly to either face of the transparent substrate, print directly to glass with ceramic inks which are later toughened into the glass surface. We can print pre white, full colour and post white depending on the artwork and effect you desire. Contact us for professional guidance.
